The Cartel Senate of the Federal Court of Justice called for another round by overturning an acquittal of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court in this case in 2020. Am Mittwoch, 10:00 Uhr, geht es in Saal BZ 5 an der Cecilienallee 3 in Düsseldorf wieder los: Ein neues, großes Kartellbußgeldverfahren wird vor dem Oberlandesgericht Düsseldorf verhandelt. Hinter dem Aktenzeichen V-4 Kart 2/16 OWi verbirgt sich das Bierkartell. Der 4. Kartellsenat unter Vorsitz von Manfred Winterscheidt hat 20 Verhandlungstermine bis September festgesetzt. Nicht ausgeschlossen ist allerdings, dass diese Meldung zum Prozessauftakt sich als gänzlich gegenstandslos herausstellt – möglicherweise werden die Einsprüche noch zurückgezogen.
