As to what keeps me busy. First, the SEP licensing dispute between Nokia and Daimler and some of the latter’s suppliers as I am trying to find a “structural” solution that would prevent further litigation in this field. Second, digital platforms and the need for ex ante regulation: which platforms should be regulated, which ex ante rules should be adopted, how should they be enforced? Finally, I am interested in network sharing agreements between telecoms operators. Plenty of exciting topics!
