This year’s annual meeting of the Cartel Law Study Group in Bonn was special for three reasons: First, the 60th anniversary of this association of lawyers was celebrated. Secondly, perhaps never before has a conference been held at a time when competition and antitrust law are under such pressure. And thirdly, the Düsseldorf antitrust law blog D’Kart was represented by the astute and elegant writer Prof. Dr. Thomas Lübbig. Here is his report from Bonn!
