First, the SEP licensing dispute between Nokia and Daimler and some of the latter\u2019s suppliers as I am trying to find a \u201cstructural\u201d solution that would prevent further litigation in this field. Second, digital platforms and the need for ex ante regulation: which platforms should be regulated, which ex ante rules should be adopted, how should they be enforced? Finally, I am interested in network sharing agreements between telecoms operators.
